My favorite cattle is Poll Hereford.

Though I’ve worked most of my life with Santa Gertrudis, Brahman and Zebus.. African breeds to withstand ticks, droughts and vast distances between water.
Their big leggy fellas and can cover a lot of ground. :D

My favorite cattle is grilled after a nice marinade followed by a cold root beer :D

Lets not frighten Scott: he has too many nice things that we might want to buy.

Bryan, different kinds of cow taste different. I like Angus or Murray Gray: nice texture, and the fat is a good color.

Are most/all of the vodkas there grain-based, or are there any potato-based ones(yum)??

Did he say "root beer"?

What a travesty? Oh the humanity of it all!!

A good steak is one pound of Pittsburg rare protein accompanied by a baked sweet tater and a Guiness beer, a tall Guiness that is!!

Of course for dessert, you need a dry double vodka martini with 3 olives AND a good ISOM cigar. Followed by another martini or two. :p

Never could bring myself to like "Pittsburgh Rare". I have an aversion to charcoal flavored meat.
