Hey guys,

I was thinking about getting myself Andre De Villers Impi knife. There are several reputable online retailers that carry his knives, and I am fully aware that there is a thread about ADV's bad business. However, past that, how are the knifes that he makes??? Especially Impi model. Looking forward to reading your comments! Thank you!
 
What I have seen as far as reviews of the actual product seem mostly good often more complaints about not liking the looks, style, or bulk/size of some of the knives. Keep in mind though the issue of his reputation could be a problem if you ever need warranty work that is part of the reason I would avoid someone.
 
Honestly at this point who even cares? Why give your money to a grade a D Bag when there are plenty of great makers who also have human decency.
