Had an ad in the paper for a new Cobra .380 . Woman called & came over. Great looker well built but very haggard. She said she couldnt & wouldn't leave without a gun.

Told a horror story hard to believe. Her husband,an ex vet with Leavenworth time & a BCD had taken out 2 huge life policies & was having her killed. She had already heard a slow driving car & found where it had parked . She saw some large footprints at her window.

She called the sherrif & when he came, husband told him that Andria said she was planning to do him;he told the neighbors too. Now the pendulm swings back. Clever man,'eh ?

He had stolen her cash while she slept. She opened a new bank account but had used the few counter checks she was given. Poor child was crying off & on during all this. She did have a pink Polaroid worth about 200 $ so we kept it . She returned next day for more ammo & the full price for the Cobra. She said he'd found the origional spare ammo but not the gun. She slept behind the couch, having placed a dummy on it & slept the best in weeks.

She has a license to dose homebound patients & she is up-dating it & moving out of the area. She will do well $$ wise.

The insurance won't pay if he is found to have has a role in her death.

It's also hard these days to take out a substantial insurance policy without the subject's cooperation as all insurance companies want an AIDS test at least before writting any substantial policy.

Keep in mind that when a policy is large and the death is questionable, it's well worth it to the insurance company to dispatch an investigator.

Some years ago here in Florida I told Mom that I was going to increase her policy, she had a tizzy. "you're mot going to make money by me dying"! I DROPPED IT BUT I could have done it legally.
