We have been talking about collaborating since I started making sheaths - just a little while ago.

I wanted to post up some of my work for you to see and give feedback on.

Here is a righty I made for my BRKT Aruora:

This is the Lefty Twin of the one above - this one shows off the firesteel loop I installed:

Here is a case for a Buck Multi-tool:

Here is a SAK case I made:

This is a pancake sheath I made for a SAK:

I would charge between 40 and 50 dollars for the pocket sheath - depending on the design and add-ons. I would charge between 30 to 35 for the pocket knife sheaths with flaps.

I am planning on making a sheath for Andy's Prototype coming up and I will post more pics then. Please let me know what you think.

Man, guys, I think having Talfuchre making the sheaths is a great idea. Those prices are super fair, and I hope you take to it.

Your feedback would be greatly appreciated!!!

Hello Talfuchre. I really like the work you've done on these. Will you also be offering standard belt loops on the sheaths for fixed blades. Also, I sent you a PM about making pants for another one of Andy's prototypes. Please email me when you get a chance (Josh_Christopher at MSN dot com). Keep up the good work!

I sent an e-mail this morning. It has about eleven million questions. I can offer whatever you want. I like danglers - but many don't. This one above is actually modular - you can take the dangler off with a Chicago Screw and put it on your belt with the belt loop. Yours will be the prototype!

I just got it and am responding now. I'm looking forward to working together on this. I'm new to the whole custom sheath thing.

JC and I are working out the details. I will do a tutorial on his with wet forming so that if you order from me and I don't have your knife - you can wet form your blade to the leather and finish it.

Promise - it is n ot hard.

Rocky - your sheath ships tommorow!

Very nice work, and nice pricing too  Those will be a great compliment to Andy's knives.

I like the dangler part, and especially like the pancake sheath! (I like your dangler solution enough that I want to get sierra to use it on some of the leuku and puukko pattern stuff. That's a neat and elegant method.)

I have to say that the contruction is just spot on. You've got the stitching dialed in very ver well.

I'd center up the legstrap hole a bit more in the middle of the leather space and get it a bit further from the stitching, and make sure it's about 3/16.

I think this is a fantastic collaboration idea, and Andy, you have no idea how nice it is to have someone to point to for sheath work who has it really dialed in :D
