I lurked on this on this board for a couple of months and visited your web site.Decided I just had to have one of your hawks. I haven't seen alot about your shop. I was wondering about size, number of people who work there, that sort of thing. You've probably covered all that in the past, being new,I was interrested. Also why are you discontinueing your light infantry 'hawk line?

Stoneage....

Thanks for the inquiry! I have had lots of thoughts on posting pics here and our site of our Hawks in progress...I have some excellent pictures too....forged Hawks, machined Hawks, etc. Just have to develop a cool layout and some nice copy to go with them.

Rather than unload a partial answer to this question here, let me report that when we update our site with some of these pictures, I will announce it here for everyone's benefit.

We discontinued the Light Infantry Tomahawk because the Rogers' Rangers Spike is our most demanded hand-forged piece. In order to timely keep up with that demand and stay within our published delivery committment, we needed to make a decision. Pretty cut and dry I guess...the LI is a heavy son of a !@#$h too.

Bobby still curses me about having to polish them out, cuz, he has to work out about a week in advance to keep the LI head pushed up against the grinders to get the scale off and get that satin "pawllllishhhhhhh", :D
