BTW: I picked up a GENUINE ATC NG Ranger Spike. I like it. I hope you will come out with a NG double ax, and a NG bearded ax (Viking style) to go along with the NG poll hawk.:D

Unless one of the dealers has one in stock you pick one up buy calling me. We'll have them coming out of machining this coming week and should be shipping about a week after that. Since Andy is away at Shot Show I've been offering free shipping (a savings of $12.00) on any order placed this coming week before Andy gets back at the office on Friday.

The new hawk is amazing. I wont go into great detail other then to say its roughly about 3/4 size head of a Vietnam hawk. Same type handle as the Tactical grade hawks with a oh roundabout 11" handle. From what Jason said they are going to make it a bit longer then what they had on the table, and about 14 oz (could be wrong but thats the number that stuck in my head.) Think of this as the true backpackers hawk. And the field replaceable handle idea is slick, I have allways had a fear of wedges (mostly unfounded) and cant wait to see this idea make it to the others in the lineup.

This will be a great hawk for thoes where weight/size is a factor. Did a few practice swings (not much room in the isles) and was blown away by it.

I'll let the guys post the real details when they return, but that should wet your appitite till the middle of the week.
