It's been quite a while since I got these, and due to a lack of money they are my only khuks at this point.

The 15" AK I bought from Bill. It was a magical moment when I first drew it from it's sheath.

The 18" Sirupati I got from Yangdu. Lighter, and faster than the AK. Sits right next to my bed, in case of 'bumps' at night.

Both are great blades, and will never be sold to anyone.

Sorry for the bad pics, I'm learning.

Blessings from Hamburg,

Keno

Not bad pics at all! Quite good, actually, from what I've seen.

That skull wasn't from one of the 'bumps' was it? :D

Out of curiosity, did you etch them? I've never etched myself (or my knives  ), but as I understand it it's supposed to bring out the hardened areas, which I think I can see. Or is that just my eyes playing tricks on me?

hehe, no bumpy skull. Studying medicine.

Yes, I etched them. And shopped wood.

The pics where my first attempts with my 'new' Nikon EL2 - it's an older camera, not on of those fancy digital ones. Mirror reflex system. I still have to figure out some settings, but the original pic looks less blury. This one had to be scanned in, and formating it into .jpg took some quality away.
