angling for an emerson, trade advise??

All,
Just a quickie. I am in the process of doing a trade (a recurve bow) for a knife. I have the option of picking one of three. None of these are specifically interesting to me. So, I am looking for the most flipable.. Ultimately looking for a mini-a100, karambit. 7 or P'kal...

All are good cond. No box.
Spyderco Native stainless

Spyderco matriarch grey

BM leopard cub (black scales)..

Any strong opinions?

Spyderco matriarch grey, that's a very neat knife in its own right and holds better value I think.

Thanks for the info all.. Sounds like the matriarch it is then.. If any are interested, keep an eye on the trade board, it will be on there soon after I get it.
 
update.. I picked up the matriarch yesterday. it is grey, it is in very good shape and came with this neck sheath holder thingie. But this is definitely not my style knife so I will be putting it on the wtt board soon.

How valuble/ desirable is this thing? Is a straight up emerson a good trade? shouldi be looking for more??

The knives of interest tome are:
7,a100, karambit (but this might be too similar to the matriarch for me),psark,mini commander..
crap.. looks like just about all the emersons are interesting..

And then, The P'kal is really interesting to me too!!!!

There are a few variables in the Matriarch to watch for. If it has a VG-10 blade, it will go for top dollar in prime condition. Here I am thinking around $200+ with box.

For the ATS-55 models, I should think that you will be looking at the $90-$150 range, depending on condition. The Matriarch was distributed in South Africa and billed as a self-defense knife for women.

For your best dollar, I would be tempted to throw it on the 'Bay'.
 
update.. picked up the matriarch the other day. It is the Ats-55 blade.

So, if anybody is interested it has been posted on the wtt board.

You'd think with all of the Emerson liner lock bashing that goes on, somebody would be willing to let me do them the favor of taking that nasty/ unreliable Emerson off their hands and "upgrading" them to a spyderco?

Insn't this is like community service, and my good deed for the day?
