im looking to buy my first busse im waiting for the le mean street to be released what is the difference between the combat grade anni and the l.e. other than the serial numbers? also to get a custom serial is there a set limit of the numbering range like how ever many produced or can the serial be anything you want?

Hi, welcome to the forums. That's an awesome username.

The prices and finishes are also different. The combat grade models have a coating or are double cut; LEs are satin (though you can request a different finish and still have it marked as LE, I believe--there was another model with a satin LE version, but someone requested a double cut finish and it was still serial numbered).

Not 100% sure on this, but I remember reading that they only go up to three digits. It doesn't seem plausible--who only counts up to 999 these days--but I've never seen anything with four digits. You can request a number as long as it isn't already taken.

The LE is satin finish, and the CG is coated or double cut, which is a twice bead blasted naked finish. The serial numbers are assigned as the orders are received, but you could put in a special request, which you might get if available. You could order the LE in the upcoming Cupid Ganza at a $20 savings, $267 for the base model. I think the base model is satin with black paper. I guess there will be other handle options available. The Ganza will also allow you to get a chance at the serial no. you want. There is a sticky above with some info.
