I also had John make my handle a little bit thinner, .6". Really liking this.

Wow that is nice! How do you like that scandivex grind?

Thank you . The grind is really nice and super sharp. This knife is a wicked little slicer, I had him make it in 3/32" stock. I haven't been able to work it out hard yet but I am very happy so far.

Thank you man! I think it looks really nice. I love this knife. It has been with me every day since I got it and I use it for everything.

Hi HW -

I like the almost opalescent patina that John's 01 takes on, especially after cutting onions or steak.

My wife doesn't care for it, but I think it adds character and makes the knives look much more interesting.
