The wife and I celebrated our 31st wedding anniversary with gifts from our local Benchmade dealer. His place is one of our regular haunts.

The 3550 for me, and the 3150 for her.

The blade opening seems plenty smooth, though on a couple, namely the 2550 and 3550, the button feels a little gritty. Maybe more cycles will help.

The wife is a keeper. It was our 31st licensed year, but we're coming on to 40 as a couple soon. Taking her to a knife or gun shop is as bad or worse than taking her to a jewelry store. Not sure if that's good or bad. I still sometimes have to sneak new things past her, not that she complains, but because she is likely to want one of her own.
