The amazing Anniversary Ratweiler landed late yesterday. So an early morning photo shoot was in order. Very cool knife. Love the feel of it.

That's a very cool number :)

I LOVE the handle design on these. The ergonomics are pretty much spot on for my hands...

Hanging out with his mate. I see these two paring up to create some carnage in the near future...

With his cousin who also happens to be sharing an anniversary...

One thing that struck me initially was how thin this knife is. Especially compared to previous Busse & kin knives of this size. VERY cool.

Rob, do you feel it may be too thin? If you had to choose that over the choppy would you feel a little "under-prepared"?
It looks great, but I'm still waiting for the CG version
Thanks

Not sure, I haven't used it yet. I would probably be wary of heavy prying/twisting etc. but straight up chopping/batoning/slicing/slashing I reckon will be fine. It's thin, but it doesn't feel wussy. If that makes sense :)

Sweet! So if I use it like a knife and NOT a prybar it should do well.
