I will no longer be making knives simply to post for sale. Unless I come up with something I believe will make a good addition to my knife line, I will only be making knives to fill whatever orders come in. The cost of materials is getting to be too much to just grind away in hopes of a sale.

yeah I've noticed those few you recently made are still around, too bad. Had I not just placed an order I probably would have picked one of those up, but such is life.

It seems a lot of makers are either there already, or heading there. Knives are sort of a personal taste thing. Most people like to order what they want instead of buying whatever's on the shelf.

Exactly what I was thinking. I hate seeing them up for sale when I can't buy and I know I'm not the only one that would buy if I could.

I would if I could-have 2 knives on the radar I have been waiting for for quite a while. John, your knives are fabulous-don't let the tightness of the economy let you think otherwise. :thumbup:
