Hello fellow Hogs,

I've had the pleasure to purchase a few Busse knifes off of the exchange forum over the last couple of weeks and in the process meet some really great people.

As a inspiring Hog, I found it a bit confusing to locate knife specifications, not to mentions interpret all of the desiginations and acronyms. As per all of your recommendations I reviewed the Internet Archive, searched the forums, and studied the Bad Mojo site.

After about a week I ran into Fatfog and his "catalog" thread, then the post by Last Visible Canary. I was also blown away by Mercmaster's photos which in my opinion are the best I've seen to date of Busse knives.

So to make a long story short, I decided that I would post all of the information I've collected in a public forum for all inspiring hogs to view.

The new site is http://www.bussecollector.com , remember this site is mostly about having a place to view technical specifications and designations, I threw in a couple of photos to keep it interesting. But if you want to view photos of a particular knife I will recommend you visit the http://www.badmojo.tv site instead.

I'm sure the specs are NOT ALL CORRECT and we are missing some designations, so please check it out and let me know what needs fix'n.

Just a note, this is my PERSONAL site so bandwidth is somewhat limited. Once we use it up for the month it will remain offline until the first of the following month.

Thanks again to a great community,

Greg (now aka BusseCollector)

I can also be reached at info@bussecollector.com

that is amazing work!! must have taken a lot of hours and dedication.

recommend this become a sticky!!!!

Thank you Sir, yes many many hours. But very worth it IMHO.

Thank again,

Greg (formerly HomeGrownXC)

badmojo is great, but hasn't been updated in a while. everything on your new site appears up to date and correct. great pics as well.

Question:
For the Natural Outlaw (NO) is the first one specs for an Ergo?

There is the ZT the SF but no Ergo listed for the Outlaw. I am assumming the one that just says NO is the Ergo. Right?

Or is the NO-E yet to be added.

Great work guys. :)

Let us know if you need pics of any particular models. I am sure betwen the lot of us you will get some excellent shots for your site. :)

Dude, that is outstanding work! Thank you for your efforts and let us know what contributions would help grow and maintain the site.

Maybe you guys could attach a paypal deal to it for donations to help out. I know it is a work of love. But a little help doesn't hurt. More bandwidth = more viewing. Just a thought. Excellent work guys. :)

ALL suggestions are welcome, I want this site to be a tool we all use to BUY MORE INFI/BUSSE :D

As stated in my initial post, I'm certain there are mistakes. Just note the corrections in an email (info@bussecollector.com), state your source (I have one, I've seen one, Jerry told me, etc) and I'll get it corrected on the site most likely that same evening.

I don't want to be greedy, just send your "extra" INFI to my P.O.Box :D - But seriously let's see how much badwidth we actually use and if I need a bandwidth upgrade I'll post here and we can make a decision as a group.

Oh yeah forgot to mention one more thing,

If you need to look something up while at Blade '07 I formatted the site to be "PDA friendly" (resized some graphics and added some tags) I have personally verified it on my Cingular 8525 and Blackjack.

Give it a try!

Greg

Great job Greg! Thanks for your contribution of all the blood, sweat, and tears it takes to put a highly informative website up.

It will be a great resource for us all.

Sounds great bro. And I am no expert in this area. Not at all. Not even close. I just have a couple Busse knives I use. All I need. And the Outlaw is my favorite. I have the Ergo. So I was just curious. Anyway, great work. Thanks again. :D
