Hey Rob !!
Last time I talked to Larry he indicated that the Club Knives would be shipped sometime in December. I guess they take the orders and only make enough knives to cover what the members want. I get the impression there is no "pre-build" so, from working in a manufacturing plant, I can understand the time factor. - And you're right, this year's knife is a Mini-Mentor, Model 475 - MiIrror Polished Blade, Exposed Tang, Oak Handle and BCCI Logo Gold Etched on the Blade. I already have the display sand in my office ready for mine!!!!

Dan is correct, the ship date will be early December, hopefully next week. Next years club knife is slated to be the regular sized Mentor with the same handle/tang design. It will make a great set!

If next year's club knife is going to be a full sized Mentor as you mentioned, which I agree will make a GREAT set hangin on my office wall.....

The 532 you mentioned is not a yearly club knife. It will be a special project that the BCCI will offer that will act as a fund raiser for the club. We hope to do 1 or 2 special projects a year if enough members are interested.

Joe: Thanks for the xtra info. Next year's club knife sounds great, but I am almost more excited about the special projects! I have a couple of the Millenium Edition 532s. As for this year'c club knife, I am sure Mr. Larry Oden will contact me if there is any problem with my order. I think you both are great and do outstanding work for the club and knife collectors in general. Take care, Rob19
