This is the Titanium version (limited edition) of the custom made Gatlight, high intensity, LED flashlight. So named because of its similarity in appearance to a Gatling Gun. This particular version is the top-of-the-line Gat, known as the Gatlight V3 Tuxedo.
Here's a photo of a "plain" Ti Gat that was taken by a V3 owner. We'll call this the "before" picture...
When I received the light from its new owner, I spent a lot of time trying to think of something different that I could do in the way of anodizing. And then it dawned on me that I was essentially going to be coloring rods that wrapped around a "pole"... Such as a "Barbershop Pole"...!!
FYI-In case you're wondering...The rods are completely non-functional, strictly for embellishment (although they do provide for a good, secure grip).
Anyway, to make a really long story short.... here ya go...
BTW- I heard from the owner...He says he is VERY happy! Cool.
