Anodized knife parts

Can anyone here with expertise point me in the direction of someone that knows how to anodize titanium? More importantly, someone that can remove a color anodization and start new?

Search the maintenance & tinkering subforum. It involves removing the existing micro-layer of anodization (maybe) and then submerging in distilled water with a specific # of batteries connected to get a specific color.
