Anodized liner polishing question

I'm wondering how/if it's possible to polish the rather sloppy edges of a Benchmade /Elishewitz 690? The liners are blue anodized titanium if this makes any difference. Will the blue of the edges diappear with polishing?
I'm also interested in "tumbling" the blade as per CRK Sebenza blade finish. Can anybody do this for me?
