This is my latest Scrapper Flipper and my first use of my new Ano setup, thanks Les! I think Iam done with heat color.

Hey Matt......Honestly I think the carvings on the scales are awesome, sorry I can't say the same for the coloring. I am not a big fan of coloring on knives.

Cool!

I like the coloring quite a bit. Gives the knife a lot of life. (rhymes :) ) Nice transition from a brozney yellow to purple/violet. Beautiful work Matt. Can't wait to see what you 'burn up' next.

Can we get some specs? What's the AOL, materials, etc?

Thanks for posting.

I think the coloring AND the carving both look great. I think you should post a pic of that knife WITHOUT the coloring to give folks a bit more perspective on what the anodizing does for the appearance of the knife. I'm not a big tactical fan, but I think that's pretty sharp looking!:)

Wonderful job on the colouring - the transition between colours is very smooth. The flame carving is very nicely done as well, and I enjoy flipper knives.
Flared swedge is sort of neat - must give it some powerful piercing bite with a lot of strength in the tip.

I give it 5/5 for skill and 2/5 for taste. :p

(Just Kidding! :D I'm not really a fan of flame patterns or colouring but the work is very nicely done )

Thanks guys! Before Ano work pic below.

Annodizer is definitely the way to go...

Matt - this flipper looks awesome! (I may be a little jaded...being a HUGE fan of your folders....)

I like it before AND after the colorizing. I think they both look good. I can see buyers for both/either one.

Excellent work!

Just somehow gotta get my hands on one of yours....:D :p

Dig the flame job, but undecided about the anodizing.

I'll take one of each, just in case. :p :D
