Anodized Titanium Handles on Maxx 5.5

I posted a similar question on the General Knife Discussion Board, but thought it would be more appropriate here.

Anyway, I am considering buying one of the new production CUDA Maxx 5.5 folders. However I have read numerous times about the anodized finish, on titanium handles, scratching very easily. However, I have also been told that there are many ways in which the manufacturer can anodize titanium and some ways are much better than others.

Can anyone tell me how the finish is applied to this new knife and how the finish will hold up? Thanks in advance.

The anodize is an oxidation process.
It is semi tough. But like any other process of this kind it will scratch and wear over time.
The nice thing is that it can be refurbished.
I dont know Camillus's policy on a refurbish.
I will be glad to refurbish the handles ONLY for you for 25.00 plus postage ship UPS ONLY to me.

Ano wears very nice on a handles . The scratchs and wear ponits kind of give the knife a nice friendly look after some time.
