Anodizing a sebenza?

I have a small plain S30V sebenza I bought in late 2007. I've never really carried it, but I've recently pulled it out and started carrying it again. So my question is pretty straight forward. Has anyone ever done a DIY anodize job on their sebenza? If so how did you do it and want color did you achieve? Was it relatively simple?

I haven’t done it on a Sebenza. I did to one of my Hinderer knives. In case you don’t already know, if you do it only use titanium wire and don’t let any steel into the bath. I covered the detent ball with nail polish. I’m not sure if it matters with a ceramic detent ball or not, though.

I wouldn’t recommend trying it with a regular Sebenza first! Do you have another knife to practice on or even better some scrap?

Yup, just like anodizing anything titanium...variable DC power supply, electrolyte and some stainless foil is all you need
