I have a full ti xm-18 with some slightly scratched up scales just plain ti, i hate how it looks. Thinking about sending scales and screws to an anodizer, does anyone know of one? And is that the good idea or do i just buy new scales or just sell it and get a battle blue one on here or something lol

I'm not sure that anodizing alone will remove the scratches. Most likely the scales will need to be refinished (re-stonewashed or bead blasted, etc.) and then re-anodized. I agree with the above that $$-wise it's better to sell them and buy new ones.

If you just hate it then nothing wrong with that, I'd probably just save the $ and keep rocking it all scratched up.

I'd say that the quickest solution would just be to find some in stock scales somewhere that you like..

But if you did go the anodizing route you could contact WValtakis WValtakis He does some great anodizing and engraving work..
The scratches i dont mind its just bleeehhh, just 2 massive slabs of smooth titanium and a massive blade to match it.

I have a beadblaster in my shop thought about blasting them and seeing if i can get a crk kinda finish, might be worth an experiment, i wouldnt get more than 75 bucks for them
