i recently bought a bm 750 pinnacle and want to try to anodize the handles. is it possible to just anodize them or do i have to sand the blast finish off first? this is my first venture into anodizing and i just want to know if it's possible before i waste my time trying. thanks to anyone who can help.

To start the liners would need to be titanium. I'm not sure if Benchmade uses titanium on that model. If they are titanium you can anodize them if you have an anodizer (variable DC). To get the best results it is best to etch the surface of the titanium with a product like multi-etch.

Yammajk, you can anodize them just the way they are. Different surface preparations give differing results.
