Anodizing Morrf 2

I bought a Morrf 2 on the secondary market. It arrived today. I love the knife (it's my third version of the Morrf). There is one flaw in this one. There's a spot in one of the craters (for lack of a better term). It almost looks like rust, but it's titanium. I'm guessing it's maybe a flaw in the anodizing (it's a very light blue). Two questions - what is it likely to be, and who would y'all recommend to reanodize the knife? Thanks.
