Anodizing on BM balisongs

How long does the anodized finish on a BM last? Does the finish wear off if carried in a sheath, or does it fade after a ton of manipulation?

I'ed like to know this too, I haven't had the time to read up on anodizing. Also I just ordered the drop-point tanto anodized. Tiger

I fouind my answer on Chuck's website. So, if I order a BM and the finish wears off, they'll re-anodize it? Of course, the only question there is, "Yeah, but how much will they charge to re-anodize it?"

Thanks, JB, I'll keep that in mind. Now, when I get that check, which one do I buy? 42? 43? 47? I think I'll start with a 43, then maybe a 47A, then a 42. I'll know which one to order when the moolah gets here.
