I almost named the RF2 the "evolution" because that's in many ways what it is. I will still keep the RF1 also though as it is an awesome knife as it is.

The RF2 has a bit better blade to handle ratio (with no compromise on the lock!), is lighter, a bit thinner, hair shorter, same blade length. ergonomic handle with my hunter influenced "maxed out" handle length (slightly smaller handle but feels just as big in the hand... Loveless influence there) D2 Blade, Framelock Configuration. They weigh around 5 ounces and feel great in the pocket... no belt required! The RF1 and Carbide Edge fricky are big design influences.

I have about 5 new folders planned and each one fits a niche. The RF1 is the heavyweight across the board with massive everything. The RF2 is my more pocket friendly EDC model but is still a big knife.

More later.. I have been carrying the prototype for months now and just finished 001 today!
