Another 121 question. New knife.

I just aquired an unused 121 on CL. $50 shipped.

I was trying to date it. It reads:

BUCK
121
U.S.A.

Point up. I think that makes it a 1973-1985 knife.

The sheath reads BUCK straight across the flap and 121 on the back. Appears to have never been carried. Looks like a collectable but I am going to use it.

MJ, Yours is a group 4 knife mfg. in 1981-86 most likely of 425M blade steel . Once you have a chance to use it let us know how you like it . DM
