This a Pakkawood/Fibron handle called earthwood when it was marketed. I believe about 100 to 250 of these were made. The correct year mark for this knife would be 1988 to 1990. I suspect this specific knife was rehandled by Leroy because he had some of the left over material and the lack of a date code raises a flag. This could have been marketed in Europe but they were also sold here.

Richard, thank you for your answer. So it seems to be a very collectible knife. I am glad that I got it and that Joe cleaned it up that it looks like new. :) :)
