Another Alan Davis added to the collection

Just added another Alan Davis folder to my collection. Man, I love his knives. This was his latest drop point with Masur Birch scales .... really beautiful. Here are some pics:

That's a great knife. This design is quite popular for Alan. It was originally made for a BF member and loosely based on the shape of a Cold Steel Tuff Lite. This particular one has Koa wood scales. Fits so perfectly in the hand that it is hard to describe. Keep watching the Knifemaker's market section, as Alan posts knives there quite frequently. He has made number of this particular design.

Took the new AD outside for some pics. Natural light really makes some interesting differences in the wood's tone. Here is one in moderate sunlight:

Love this wood .... well, the whole knife ..... but really like the wood!
