Its the anniversary of my Fathers passing. I know he is not in any pain now, and for that I am grateful.

I do miss him dearly.

I'll hoist a drink for him every day this week, and let him know I still think of him.

Sorry for the interruption, I know I'm not supposed to do this now, but I want friends around when I am down, its a fault of mine.

Busse content, even though I dont own them anymore, and my fathers favorite beer.

I've gotten two hard kicks this month, I'm down, seems thats the way things go. But I always get back up, heal up, and I do not forget. I will never forget.

Hang in there brother, unfortunately not all anniversaries bring good memories, but its the good memories we must fight to remember..Smoke, Beer and Prayer sent.

Cheers to those who are no longer with us, and Cheers to those who carry the weight of losing a loved one!

Sorry for your loss. Nothing wrong with being with friends when life has you down. If you ever want to chat or vent, shoot me a line and I'll send my number. I know how the ups and downs of life can be for sure.

I hear you, Dwayne. Hard to believe it has been over seven years now for my Dad. Hoisting a Bourbon for yours, and mine.

I am so sorry to see you mourn your Father, but am happy to see you had one worth it. Some of us did not.
As always Dwayne, we are here for you.

I feel for you brother. I am truly sorry for your loss, on this anniversary.
Live life to it's fullest. Here's to your father.

Cheers mate, I'll keep him in my thoughts as well, smoke sent from the golden state

These types of anniversaries are all about celebrating the great memories. Keep your head high!

Remember the good times Brother!!! His memory lives on through you and those that were close to him.

:thumbup:Hoisting a scotch and smoking a cigar for your old man. Try to remember the good times brother. I use to dig that Kirin beer a lot when I was stationed in Japan.:)

Thanks everyone! :)

Its the fifth year, but it still seems like yesterday, I remember the call all to clearly.

Gus, yes! My father found that beer on one of his trips to Japan for Cabot. :D

Always remember the good times, the things that put a smile on your face and then losing the loved ones gets a bit easier.

Thanks again everyone! :)
