Was it just me, or was the forum down from around 10:40 to 11:50 CST today?

I had couldn't access Bladeforums either, so relieved it's fixed now :foot:

Me too, but its been happening to me almost daily.
Internet Exporer can't find website.

I attempted to access the site in the wee hours (~2:30 a.m. or so, Mountain time), and it even seemed to be doing the same thing then. Tried 3 browsers (FF, Chrome, IE), none were able to connect to BF. Don't know how long it lasted, as I didn't hang around long (it was 2:30 a.m., after all... ).

I was alternating between Internet Explorer and SRWare Iron, and neither could connect. I finally decided to try my phone, and it got on with no problem. I tried I.E. agin and it worked like nothing had been wrong.

Same here all morning today from about 10am-1pm EST.Google Chrome

Yeah we're dealing with multiple attacks a day. Every time we nail one down, another method comes in. sigh

Any idea who's doing this, or why it's happening? I mean, this is frikkin Bladeforums, it's hardly a widely known site outside the (relatively small) knife community. What's the point in trying to bring it down?
Or am I misunderstanding how these "attacks" work?

The site really slows down and barely functions before it shuts down completely.

Yes, it seems very strange :(

For the past couple weeks or so I log in fine, but when I click on 'My Profile' I get taken to my browser's website with a message - Oops we cannot open BF. When I refresh the page a couple times I finally get to 'my profile' and it looks all wrong and it is slow to load up recents posts. Once I click on 'new posts' the site runs for the most part normally.
