This 21 inch Ak was made by our young Kumar and is just about perfect except for that hairline crack in the handle. Pala will fill the crack with epoxy. Here are the specs.
Length -- 21 inches
Blade thickness -- 9/16
Blade width -- 2 & 3/4
weight -- three pounds. A little light for this length AK which I view as a plus. As most of you know by now Kumar likes light khukuris if you can call three pounds light.
Fit and finish -- excellent
Hardness -- excellent
karda and chakma -- 7.5 inches and very well done.
Scabbard and frog -- very good to excellent.
Price is $165 and the rig goes with full HI guarantee.
