Being that I won Vince's most recent Give Away, I got a very nice package in the mail today. Vince chose me as the first prize which was is EDC Fixed Blade. He gave me a choice of scales to get on it as well as a couple sheath options. I chose Tiger Maple and a nice Larry Parsons belt sheath. This fixie is probably the most comfortable small EDC knife I've ever handled. It fits in the hand perfectly. The blade is 1/8" 440c hollow ground with a perfect edge applied to it. Super sharp and the grinds are flawless. The Tiger Maple is beautiful and flawless as well. The sheath is very heavy duty and I can see it lasting many years. The Parsons sheath has a belt loop, but it fits quite nicely in my pocket or as another option, it also fits my Pocono pocket sheath. OAL is 6 1/8"
I'm in awe of the comfort and beauty of this generous prize Vince. You're a good man because from what I've seen, many people here have been the recipient of your generosity. Thank you so much. :D

Enjoy it Bob !! You are welcome,it's my pleasure.

BB - congrats and Vince great giveaway! I have a couple of these from Vince and they are fantastic - great little edc fixed blades and Vince does great work on the handles! Enjoy

Wonderful knife and sheath Bob. Vince does fine work !:thumbup::)

Thanks fellas. Been handling it all afternoon. It just feels so natural in my hand. It'll be a couple weeks, but hopefully putting it to use soon. Got some stuff coming up to take care of first.

Bob, my friend, that is a beautiful knife and sheath combo
Vince your work is flawless and your generosity is outstanding

Congratulations Bob, beautiful knife :) Great work and a great act of generosity Vince

@VCM3 Is that a 2" wheel sized curve on the bottom of the handle? I just wondered. I changed my design on my Dart EDC model ever so slightly to accommodate a 2" wheel instead of a 1" wheel because it makes less work trying to get the hills and valleys out when I shape the inside curves.

Brian that blade is factory cut out & ground. I use a slack belt to finish it out,but I do not fabricate the blade. I've not yet ground a blade & if I did it would not look like that one,at first, anyways, lol.

Congrats on that beautiful new fixed blade and sheath, Bob! Thanks for showing us what you ended up getting!:thumbup:
Ron (Half/Stop) gave us a brief update on some of the "stuff" you had "to take care of" before you could put the knife through its paces; so glad to hear that you made it through today's "ordeal". Praying that you'll recover quickly, sir!!

Vince, thanks again for your generous , epic GAW!! Very cool!:cool:
