Did I mention that I have been using the one I bought to skin rabbits? We were hunting with the Beagles last week, and took 6 nice fat rabbits.
The Bird & Trout is exactly the right knife for skinning them out. Excellent performance. My hunting buddies were quite impressed with not only the performance, but the appearance of the knife.

Very beautiful knife I really like the way you filled in the file work on the spine with the red filler. The bird and trout is one of my favorite knives.
