I've had my 11 for a year now, and am staring to get bored with it. I need relatively simple mod ideas, as I am not very good with a dremel. I don't really want to strip it, I like the black coating with the little wear spots
I'm thinking either Gavkoo or Azwelke kydex, or maybe some MWTIC or Goose leather for the sheath. Micarta scales are also high on the list, are the Ka-Bar ones worth the $30, or should I make my own?
Any suggestions welcome.

Keep an eye out. I got a bk11 modded on my bench right now that I'm doing for another BF member. Just waiting on a part and it will be complete. Stupid slow PO. Should be any day now. O and I made my own micarta, stripped, etched, and jimped it. Its saaaaweeeeet

Cant speak for anyone else's kydex but Azwelke is awesome, great price great sheath, quick shipping. Have a bunch of his stuff and have been very pleased.
I vote strip it yourself and add a patina, then go from there

In the process of stripping right now, using the cheapest stuff I could find, wood. I actually like the worn look, so I'm gonna keep it, I think. I might jimp it, good idea. I think I'm gonna order in some 1/4 inch black or tan micarta and some hardware and make my own scales after Christmas.
keep the ideas rolling if possible, can't wait to see that 11, Clich!
