So like Moose always says, you can never have too many Becker Neckers. I got my second one today, they first one I stripped and convexed, but in the convexing too off quite a bit of the blade... so without further ado, the new necker.

She gets to ride is the Azwelke sheath and will stay black.

Also a little ranger band with some 550 cord underneath, a swedish firesteel, and some strands of rope that makes great tinder.

I also ordered a FireSteel Armageddon, GobSpark Ranger and a few of the Junior FireSteel blanks. Can't wait to get those in!!

His sheaths are nice huh? I would suggest wrapping your jute in a plastic bag or wrap to keep it dry. Unless you are using it all the time.

I keep a light, steel and waxed cotton under my rubber :)

Looks like a bike inner tube ;) they sell them right next to the "Ranger candy" aka Ibuprofen

Nice stuff:) Love to see them Beckers wearing azwelke pants:cool::thumbup:
Thanks for all the kind words.

Yep 24inch universal innertube from walfarts. dont get the 27" its too thin to do anything with except maybe a remora sheath.

sweet set up... I love neck knives.....

Where's your lanyard, Id like to see what you use to wear it.. so much controversy over necker safety.. I have an adjustable rig that can be used as sling in the bush...

urban I think I prefer ball chain, with gutted paracord....

Well, if you didn't do such damn fine work, we wouldn't have to brag so hard!

...Er. wait,i'vegonecross-eyed.

But in relevant responses: I tie my neck knifes with an old tried-but-true knot. Take the paracord, light the ends so it doesn't fray. Then tie a tight knot (just a cross knot, the simplest knot of all. make loop, stick end of cord through loop. keep loose) Then put the other side of the paracord through it. Now you have a knot, and a piece of paracord that you can slide back and fourth through it. Take the lose end with no knots in it yet and tie a simple cross knot again around the other end of the paracord. And you have a neck carry that is adjustable, firm, and will not kill you if you slide down a hill and get caught on something. For this to work, you want the knots to be right at the end (the side of the cord that is just a rope at this point) of the cord, so it holds pretty firm, but will 'break' so you don't die.

Nice, man. Once I start buyin' again in 2012 I'm definitely gonna get a couple neckers and sprinkle them around the houses and cars. I really like the stock sheath tho.

Good stuff jarod, where are you all finding these "ranger bands"
Go to your local dump, take the innertubes out of old bike tires, and cut em up into rubber bands. Viola, ranger bands.
Now go eat some ranger candy and cook your lunch on a ranger fuel cube (c4) ;)
