Just finished this one up, redid the pouch to accept the smaller altoid tin and some other minor improvements. Didn't like the previous pouch, too bulky. Changed the firesteel type and location. I really keep getting bugged about adding the freaking hex wrenches somewhere.
You guys really think carrying the easily lost wrench is a necessity? I can add it, but more work = more cost and I try to keep things reasonably priced for what you are getting.

I have spools of different colored shock cord now and tab ends. The stuff is ridiculously useful for all kinds of things. I think I need to work on the BK5 or 7 scout next once I get caught up on some stuff.

Looks real nice Brother!

No need for the damn wrench if people would just use a little loctite.

Really nice, matter of fact, do you mind if I do some field testing of it? I promise it'll get a good review and 2 thumbs up, some facebook advertising and lots of use.

But seriously, that thing is beautiful, as soon as I get some more money I'm buy one.

While you're at it, would it be too much trouble to add a couple of pouches so I can carry around a couple extra pairs of handle scales? THANKS!!!

Seriously, looks great!

Wouldn't you also then need an additional pouch for extra sets of handle hardware??

:D :D

I realize it is probably JUST me... I just don't like all the buttons on it.

I could sew the straps on, but have found most people like to be able to remove it without fussing with their belt.

I gotta dye those handles or something, they are getting on my nerves.

Like I said, it's just my preference... I'm used to my sheathes being attached till I take off my belt. Unless there is a clip.

Looks very nice!
I do not think there is a need for the hex key since I have had no experiences with them loosening or falling out because I use loctite on my screws.
Love your work,

I know this may be crazy but has anybody ever just put a leatherman wave or charge tti pouch in there and use the bit with the right hex? then you would have a multi tool and not need a spot for the hex wrench :D
(assuming that you have the right hex wrench bit in your leatherman)

also that sheath looks SWEET!

I like it as a thing of beauty...but I prefer the plain sheaths personally. I dont see a need for pouches and firesteel loops. A sheath is for carrying a knife, not for use as a backpack LOL JMHO, YMMV

Sweet!!!! I like it! :D

And new design means more closeouts sales. I love your closeouts. :>

One day I will get some leather. Until then I drools.

excellent work :)

hex wrenches... it's occured to me that if someone had say, just 1/2 inch of hex wrench, puddle welded to a washer basically, a little hex button key, such a thing would be small and easier to attach in a variety of ways.

if made of stainless, even better. i'm sure a shop could CNC a bunch of those for small cost. heck, such a thing probably exists...
