This caught my attention at a flea market a while back. Had to have it:D

But I have no idea about the origin. The only markings are "BUCK" and "MADE in U.S.A. on the back.

:D I could use one of those to lock the cabinet I keep some of my Bucklocks in. That would be very cool!

Dave I like your style. Those are some very nice 531's in that case. The 532's are very nice also. Which do you prefer out of the two styles, and have you been able to get any 535's? HL

I need to get me a Buck lock for my Buck knife collection.... :D

It's the only one i've ever seen. Anyone know anything about them? It's great for putting on a display case.

If you look at the picture, you can notice that the key is curved to fit in the curved slot. When I first saw it, I thought the key was bent:D

I've seen them before... Show us the key..... Looking at the lock, you can tell that the key is curved... ...

Never seen a lock like that one, nice find! Heck Plum,I think you need to lease a place at Fort Knox. LOL Do you ever put them on display at knife shows? The display case is almost as cool as the folders it contains.Back in the day,I would rent a table at the Gun Show in El Paso.Man,I had to watch it like a Hawk!

I found and bought one by the same maker, but it's not as cool looking as Peters. There's no key for mine, but you can see that it's curved also. Maybe my local locksmith can help me out with that.

The middle one is a 535.

You guys are TOUGH:D I didn't word my post too well, but what I meant was if you look at the slot, you can see it has a curved key.

But since you asked.....this shows the key.

Went back and looked again and now I see the second blade, and both lock releases. How do you like the 535? It is one on my wish list, maybe some day. HL

peterinct thanks for the additional pictures. Did not mean to come across tough, just wanted to make sure the eyes where working.:D;) HL

The "Original Bucklock" ??? Too funny!!!:D

FWIW, not made by the Buck Knife company.
Now I have to start looking for one for my display, any other locking device would just seem wrong somehow. :)

Thanks for sharing.

LOL, I just had to add this one to my "Buck" collection. Trust me though, it won't be a user! I'll stick to my Gillette Fusion.

Is that Koa Flamewood??? :D

probably celluloid. I like those old razors too. Haven't seen any "Buck" ones though. I've seen many "Buck Bros." chisels which are nice.

Some really nice custom straight razors have been on this forum recently. Damascus ones and all.
