Another Busse copy?

Would this be considered a busse copy? Talon hole and the tang is hollowed like the TGLBs tang.

Busse insipired.....possibly? Not really a copy.

The TGLB's handled aren't hollowed, they're I beam machined.

If I remember right though the ASHBM's handle is hollowed out like that, but a lot of makers do that

The hole in the guard could have been busse-inspired, but there's nothing else there which is busse-specific or reminiscent.

The hole in the guard is an infringement on Busse Combat's "Talon Hole" trademark. Doesn't matter what shape the hole is.
Only Busse Combat has the right to use this registered trademark or give permission for its use from the date the trademark was issued forward.

If you are asking who to ask, that would be Jerry Busse.
I don't think or know if he gives that permission out often...or at all.
