In a previous post I shared some pictures of a long gladius with meteorite in the handles. Well, another Busse has meteorite slabs and is quite possibly the best Busse that ever existed. I'm obviously biased but I don't know, you tell me. BOSC ID w/ black g10 and meteorite.
Pictured with my spalted maple BOSC ID.
Check out these amazing handles. Has the intricacies of a snowflake under a microscope. Wow!
Probably the coolest thing about it is the weight of the meteorite BOSC is 8.5 oz and the spalted maple (which has thicker handles) is only 6.4 oz. Doesn't sound like a big difference, but you can really feel the weight of the meteorite slabs.
Another example of Busse craftsmanship at it's finest!
FYI - I just showed this to my wife and she said, "I'm pretty sure that's not meteorite, that's airline poo. Congratulations on your poop knife." She's dumb.
