Had a conversation with a buddy on a recent camping trip about not liking how rapidly his kitchen knives lost their edge.
I mentioned using coffee cup and made a quick vid to share showing the most often method I use to keep an edge on.
After a dozen or so reconditionings it is usually time to take them back to a stone, but this works very well on "Western" style kitchen cutlery.
