Another combo set. I don't like this one as well as the cross draw combo but the owner (he has both sets) thinks he likes this one better. Time will tell for him. I personally would be far more apt to carry them individually on both sets and unless I'm carrying cross draw I doubt I would have a pancake sheath.

For those that didn't see my last post this is the other cross draw combo I am talking about.

Any comments and thoughts are always welcome.

Thanks for looking,

Todd

Well, they are both nice and really very well done, so for me it would be 6 of one and half dozen of the other. Method (angle) of carry is the only difference.

Very nice work Todd!! Customers will often ask what sheath they should get with a knife. I'll tell them the advantages of each of my styles. But then I tell them I can't/won't make that decision for em. Its too personal. My good buddy and ranching partner will ONLY wear one of my pancakes. I prefer my Horizontal and Nichole prefers the Beltless. Whats comfortable and practical for one my not be for another. Gave up trying to answer that question.

The horizontal basket stamp bothers my eye a bit. Mostly cause I'm an old stick in the mud. The only time it looks right to me is on a belt. Thats just me and its not wrong and you did it very well!! Its ok not to be stuck in my box.

Thanks fellas. I've always done a diagonal basket weave and felt I was being a stick in the mud not trying something just a tad different. I got a good chuckle out of that though because I get set in my ways as well. The horizontal doesn't bother me at all but agree with you 100%!

Very nice! Neat work, I would make rather less bulky, by moving smaller knife little aside of bigger knife and not on top of him. Also I am not for straight angle:thumbup:
