Another company not giving credit to Emerson for the wave. Came across this after watching a YouTube video.

It is from a company called DSK tactical (or knives). Does anyone one know if they have paid Mr. E for the use of the wave?

Not sure if they paid or not but the site says "New design Mini VX-C coming soon. Bottle Opener will be removed.".

Another one is Viper Magà. Looks too much like a wave opening although it also has a flipper.

Sad that no one seem to respect trademarks, copyrights, and patients. Seem it sometime comes down to who has the most money to spend on legal council to protect what is yours, but you must prove that fact.

Apparently these kives come fron, Finland. Not being an expert on international law I can only guess if a U. S. Patent extends ver to Finland?
