Here is my JK Rule#9 in its new sheath by darkmatter. Just what I was asking for - simple and unadorned with a nice knife following shape on the outside and the inside with the tapered welt. Only wish I had thought to ask him to emboss the front with his logo.

I like it very much. Thought it was worth a share.
