Some people are convinced that the popular entertainment of a culture tells one something about the culture. Like the gladiators in ancient Rome.

Today I happened to run across a "celebrity boxing" program that featured a bout between Dharma Conger and Nadia Comenici.

They both really suck at boxing.

Is this cause for concern??

I suppose it's marginally better than celebrity bullfighting. Of course in celebrity bullfighting, you could root for the bull.

It was amusing to watch Tonya Harding get clobbered, and to watch Chyna vs. Joey Buttafuoco. Oh, and Todd from Diffrent Strokes beating up Vanilla Ice.
I'd pay to see celebrity bullfighting

Funny you mention this cause I turned on the TV and that was coming on and I commented on how low TV is sinking to the wife. I think Tonya Harding is hot by the way. Love those big legs
