Another famous U.S. manufacturer of Schrade knives!!!

I'm gonna guess that's gotta drive the price up some.
Is there a Certificate of Authenticity with that knife?

I wonder if the good Lord ever made any folders?

That adds a whole new visual image for me when reading the story of Abraham raising a Golden Spike up to sacrifice his son Isaac on Mount Moriah...

I though you fellows might appreciate the humor in that listing. I've heard a lot of collaboration claims, but....:D

PS- I thought Rush was in on that X-timer, you know, the XT3B?

God did a fine job on that knife. I wish he'd do another collaboration with Schrade.

It would be nice if the Lord would raise Schrade from the dead and cast the chitaylors from the land! :D

Does anyone know where His shop is? I'd like to stop by and ask a few questions and maybe order a knife or two.

I wonder how the return policy works

Well, according to Buck...
http://www.buckknives.com/about.php

And since you asked, you CAN place an order for a custom made knife in the Custom Knife Shoppe:

(I bet you didn't expect there was actually an answer to that!)

I wonder how the return policy works

If your problem is out of warranty, I hear it's hell. But even if it's covered, you usually want to wait a while before cashing in. (Edit: that's a God joke, not a real comment on Buck service)

"Another famous U.S. maker..."

Uhh... wouldn't that be an Imported product?

-Bob

OH! Bob! Ye of little faith! The seller said the knife was made in the U.S., and by whom it was made! And we know sellers never exagerate, as evidenced by the "Schrade Sterile Commando Knife" I just bought! Talk about a knife with a history behind it!

It will make a nice display with the story inscribed below!

Codger (oops...another fff..folder??)

(voice of Sheriff Roscoe P. Coltraine) Teeu, teeu...I love it! :D

I am wondering what the seller was burning at that last deer hunt! Maybe he received some of that stew from AZ with the local herbs. Good 1!

Phil, Phil, Phil...

Now... Sportkolbs would be proud of your literary genius.
That was downright funny...I'm sorry I missed that auction, as I likely would've "Gone to the Moon" for a knife with that provenance.

Bill

P.S.
Codger, I would never knowingly deprive you of a folding knife for your growing collection. :D

Edited...I shudda useded the spalchekker.

Mike, (A.K.A. 'The FFF...Folding Codger')
Congrats on the "Schrade Sterile Commando Knife!"
There is a fine piece of American steel with a 'real' history!!!! :D

Guys, I really thought the creative writing was a stroke of genius, and would have attracted higher bidders. I was prepared for them. I needed the SG7S to go with my SG7, SG8, and 8ELK. Now, if I can just happen on the Ruger edition, or one marked Secret Service, Homeland Security, BATF, or New Orleans PD.......
