Thanks for looking,
Bruce @ Donna

Sweet!
All it needs is a couple of dozen little pins in the handle...
Nah, kidding...it looks great, as does Miss Donna
:D

Man Bruce, that just made me smile all over! Great work! All that detail makes me realize what makes a great knife is more than just fit and finish, it's style and design. That is aces, thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the great comments everybody...

Heck a month from the shop and then some new orders and new books have me totally energized,I have to keep this energy up so I can finish up my JS judging knives for June also.

Yes I am planning on doing more carvings in the future. The originals that I like to reproduce did have allot of carving details on the presentation pieces and so I want to do them myself.I am also going to learn how to cast the handle frames and integral guard bolsters like the originals and the fancy bolsters that I can't press as I do know I will cast.
Boy is this a fun learning curve,It has heightened my interest in knifemaking to a new level.

Great piece of work.

Work on the handle reveals a much thought had gone into it and physical effort spent.

Congratulations. An excellent piece of work always speaks well of its creator.

Bruce,
Show me something new...Just kidding, it looks as good as the first time you sent me the pictures. I forget about the sheath, are you still going to make one for it, think you said buff ate part of it.....Ray

bruce, the whole piece is great! but what really set's it off is the little taste of nasteness in the spainish notch in the choil
