Had another good week adding to the Barlow collection. Found 2 mint stag Case Barlow's, a mint model 828 Keen Kutter, a worn Camillus and a worn Scrade Cut Co. Both the worn knives have very nice patina good condition handles but zero snap on main blades.
The Case's are part of an early 80's set, unfortunately someone else got the razor blade one.
The Keen Kutter is absolutely mint, has steel liners, suspect it was made by Camillus.

Another nice score Augie. They're all very nice, but I like the stag on those Case Barlows.

Congratulations on locating all those barlows, Augie!:thumbup:
Five in a week sounds to me like a VERY high rate of productivity!!:eek:
You deserve a raise. :D:D

Augie : Great find indeed . Does the Camillus have Bone Slabs or does it have the non-bone slabs. If it has the Bone , have you been able to determine the approx. age of it. I have one with Bone that has Camillus on the bolster and has the 1/2 stop and per their catalogues I can find the approx. age , but I have not been able find data back past 1946. Once again , very nice find.

Thanks guy's, definitely a good week. Harry, they are bone slabs, as far as age looks to be from the 60's if I read the tang stamp chart correctly.

Augie : I believe that your Camillus was made prior to 1946 but for sure prior to 1955. What is the model number stamped on the Tang. If it is a 10 , it is older than the replacement # 51. In the 1955 Catalogue they show the 51 has plastic handles. The 1948 Catalogue shows Bone handles and 3 pins and # 11 with the name Camillus on the bolster. The 1946 Catalogue shows Tip Top on the bolsters , bone , and 3 pins. There are some catalogus shown at the Camillus Collectors Club and I would hope that you will " Trust Me but Verify " . I am pretty sure you have 2 Barlows that are older than you think . Congratulations my friend. They are very nice indeed !!!!!!!!

I love how different the stag Cases are from one another -- both handles are beautiful in their own way.

Thanks for the info Harry, it is a model 51, most 51's I have seen have plastic handles so I am guessing early 1950's for this one based on the info you provided. I was going by the tang stamp and I have found a couple references stating dating Camillus knives by the tang stamp is inaccurate.
