I sent in an XM-18 in dire need of a sharpened edge that arrived at the ranch on Monday of this week. I knew the guys were prepping for their upcoming show and would only be in-house thru Wednesday, so really wasn't sure if it might be next month before I'd get her back in hand. But received correspondence today that they had it sharpened and shipped by Wednesday. I'll have it back by tomorrow! Great customer service. Thanks Rick and Rob!
 
Got my 3.5 back today sharp like new! Loving it with the new translucent green scale.
