I love the pics that "Suspects" post of their guns and knives together so I started this new thread. Here is my latest purchase. I have been eyeing this Walther P99 for a while and thought it would go great with my green blade SOCFK. This is my second P99 (sold the other one) and this one is pretty cool in that it has a green frame instead of the regular black one. So check out the pic and post yours. Oh yeah, the knife doesn't have to be an Emerson though it would be nice since this is the Emerson Forum! :D

Michael:

Nice combo! Its not very often that Mrs. Raye pays any attention to me when I'm on the computer, but when I called her over to look at your pic, It stopped her in her tracks!

She says, " Ooooh nice pistol, that's the one I shot, isn't it? I like the green frame. How come you don't have an Emerson like that?"

I love you brother!

:D

Ray, we posted at the same time. The knife pictured is the Green-T SOCFK and there were only fifty made. (They only made Tanto bladed ones)

Thanks so much for the comments guys.
RAYE, when the wife says she likes a knife its the best isn't it :D

I picked up the SOCFK here on Bladeforums a few weeks ago for $120, a pretty good deal IMHO.
By the way, the Walther also has night sites on it. I can't wait to take it to the range :D

If I did, I'd be able to get in on the fun!!! :( My Emerson collection is, by Suspect standards, modest (though I did just take delivery of a framelock Commander and I am saving every penny I have to get a custom "6"!!!:D)

My gun collection, however, is my pride and joy. My inability to save up for that 6 is due in part to my inability to stop buying handguns!!!;)

Squid, send me that framelock Commander and I'll send you a real nice used Sony Mavica digital camera. I know how you feel on the gun thing, I'm the same way with knives. Guns use to be my habit but now its mostly blades :D
michael :D

Squid, you can take Michael up on his offer or you have another easy option. Use a 35mm or even a cheap disposable 35mm) and take your pictures. Have the pictures developed at one of the places that will either scan your pictures for a modest fee and place them on disk, or will place your photos in an online storage area for you.

Just a thought.

Michael: When your wife says that's a nice knife and she's not yelling at you, then yeah it's the best thing!

Liong:

Permission? you need permission to buy knives?!!!
I need permission to leave the kitchen!:D

Thanks for the advice, John!:) I'll look into it right away.

Sorry, NCBlades, I was about to take you up on your offer!!!;)
